My stay at Eddy's place went great. Close to my work location, quiet neighborhood, and felt safe. The apartment was as pictured and Eddy provided a lot of 'extras', like bottled water, laundry detergent, trash bags, soaps, toothbrush kits, mouthwash and the like. He communicated very well and answered all of my inquiries.

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

Couple of observations 1) did not have description that we need to use stairs to reach the stay 2) there are no bathroom floor mats. So it was very difficult to keep the house without water foot marks. 3) there is no cutting board to cut vegetables/ fruits. 4) AC was off by the time we reached and it never reached the 72f which we set. Bedrooms are bit hotter than living hall temperature. We ended up opening the doors for all 3 days of my stay. Eddy tried to fix it quickly by sending technician but that did not help much

Had a great time, place was amazing and host was super responsive and friendly
