Nelson is a fantastic host. He was very attentive, responsive, and laid back. We said we wished he was our regular landlord. He had flexibility on both check in and check out. He let us check in early and when we encountered a minor issue with the hot tub, which was fixed immediately, he offered us late check-out. Not only that, when one of the dogs in our group ran away, he offered us even later checkout because he wanted us to be able to enjoy our time after pup came back. The house was clean and well appointed. Our group of 7 had no issues cooking. The primary bedroom’s bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a rock. If you have anyone in your party who can’t move around as easily, it’s a steep walk to the hot tub, and two bedrooms are downstairs, which are also a bit steep. You may plan for them sleeping upstairs. The backyard is also on a very steep hill so for kids, you’d need to go to a nearby park or play in the front yard. We had a great time and would stay again!

Amazing deal for a 4 bedroom home. I saved money staying here than a hotel. I loved that it was dog friendly. Comfortable beds. Esthetically pleading. Recommend !

The location was stunning, sitting on a hillside overlooking the mountains was just a joy. The house was so spacious there was always another place to hang out, and having a hot tub sitting outside away from the house was wonderful. And the host couldn’t have been more welcoming and thoughtful. Really made the whole weekend very comfortable for our two families with kids!
