Just a fabulous apartment in Cape Town’s Sea Point neighborhood. The place was immaculate, and looked exactly like the pictures you see on the website. A chef’s kitchen with high end appliances was very well stocked. Shani was able to pre stock the refrigerator for us with items we requested which was a great plus. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage for your clothes. The outside living area with pool was spectacular, especially at night with the custom lighting installed. And the sunset views over the ocean were almost as impressive as the view of Lion’s Head to the rear. Do not hesitate to book this penthouse if you are coming to Cape Town. You will be very very happy!

What a great location and gorgeous apartment; the views are incredible. The apartment is well appointed, beautifully furnished and very peaceful. Shani was very helpful and her house manager, August, was very responsive. We would love to come back!

There is a lot to like about this property. It has an expansive outdoor rooftop area with great views and a pool. While we were informed that the inverter could sustain the air conditioning during outages, it was only capable of powering 1 of 4 units. The inverter supports lighting, WiFi, and television but doesn’t power high-power appliances such as hair dryers, washing machines, kettles, toasters, or kitchen appliances like the stove. The elevator in the building also loses power. 4th floor walk up. However, the most significant drawback was the persistent sewer drain odor emanating from the master ensuite shower drain, detected upon arrival and lasting throughout our stay. Despite efforts to address the issue with chemicals and bleach, the unpleasant smell remained overpowering, suggesting a longstanding problem, further hinted at by the presence of numerous scented candles and room diffusers. It became clear that resolving this issue would require intervention after we left.
