The property was as described and photographed. The property was clean and provided with all the necessary and quality cleaning tools. The place is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is a bit small and lacking of countertop space and has to be worked around. Rob, the host, is very friendly, responsive and glad to help with issues. He's a great host.

Previously stayed in another of Robs houses and this one was just as good as the last. Great for our group of contractors looking for clean, affordable accommodation near to the newport area. Highly reccomended again. Thanks Rob.
