Everything was nice. We loved the private location. Second bed was a bit small for a third adult.

Beautiful desert mountain view, quiet neighborhood, good location, fast communication ,guess the owner stay there a lot, all the master bathroom drawers and cabinet and closet are locked, 3 car garage are not access-able for guests, most kitchen cabinet are locked. We stayed for 13 days, it is very hot summer days, don’t care about park the car and bikes outdoor, we have to remove Ebike’s battery during the daytime to help the battery’s life, that’s just some cons for us. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean and we had all the main necessities like the coffee pot, towels, toilet paper & paper towel. The place itself is in a perfect spot surrounded by restaurants, stores, and even state parks/lakes/rivers. During our stay it was about 100 degree weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the trails too much, but the scenery is beautiful if you visit during cooler times. The neighbors around the house were also kind and welcoming. We got to talk to a few of them and they were very kind to offer anything they could to help us feel welcome there as well- I thought that was an added bonus. Eric responded to my chat before, during, and after the stay in a timely manner. Everything about the place was perfect! Thank you for welcoming us into your home, Eric!

Beautiful home in serene area in the Colorado National Monument. Easy access to downtown GJ.

Eric - I wanted to thank you for staying in your beautiful home. The views are nothing short of spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet. We had starry nights and enjoyed the fire pit. The home is close to downtown and ate the Handlebar Tap House. We went hiking, and mountain biked The Lunch Loops Trail System. I plan on visiting again for sure. Thanks again!!
