Builder of condos for 20+ years and got into renting out my space out of necessity when the depression hit in 2007. I'm a builder of higher end retirement condos so this may be one the nicest places that people have ever rented as mentioned by previous guests! I am a dual citizen with the EU and have also lived and worked in California where I brought some of the designs and functional open concepts back to my place. I especially love the 20 minute drive from Madison where I can collect my thoughts or plan my day. Coming home and getting on my bike and riding on Glacial Drumlin Trail for an hour to the Tyranena brewery in Lake Mills - Always makes my day a little brighter. Feel safe day or night on trail and neighborhood!
