Situated in a secluded country setting, accessed via a track, the Cabin has lovely rural valley views, its own parking area and a good sized, dog friendly garden. Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn is 5 mins away with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes. Relax in the tranquility, the heated swimming pool or walk through natural meadows. Pets and horses welcome The cabin has a cosy living room with kitchen area and a separate double bedroom, both of which have lovely views across the valley and French doors opening onto a covered veranda, ideal for outside dining with seating and electric BBQ. The cabin is well equipped and there is ample space and facilities for you to spend a week or more enjoying its privacy and scenery. There is plenty of other outdoor space in the dog friendly enclosed garden which includes additional seating and eating areas, including a fire pit come BBQ (fuel not included), to enjoy in private for you and your pets. The garden surrounds the cabin and is inaccessible to our animals. The cabin has been designed for couples or singles with or without pets but apologies it is not suitable for children under 12 or enfants. The covered, heated swimming pool is perfect for relaxing after a hard days site seeing, (or anything else) and being that the cabin is the only holiday let on our 10 acre smallholding, you will have it all to yourselves. You may like to wander through our traditional, natural wild flower meadow; full of butterflies, dependant on the weather and season of course. The meadow runs down to the River Ceri, where (except after heavy rain) you can paddle, in wellies through the shallow waters for over 40m upstream, as well as enjoy deeper pools, within which our dogs love to play and swim. Laundry and drying facilities are available for ad-lib guest use, including two washing machines (one for lightly soiled items and one for more heavily soiled items e.g. dog towels), a tumble dryer and line drying facilities, plus an iron and ironing board and a Dyson cordless hoover, should you have need for one. The Laundry Room is accessed via the Swimming Pool Room, next to the change area. Please note that there is an honesty box for use of the washing machines and tumble dryer, please ask on booking. Well behaved pets including horses are welcome, with stabling for up to 2 horses available at extra cost. So you can bring your own horse for a holiday and enjoy the many bridle paths and quiet country lanes, a beach ride, or even just to school in our ménage whilst still enjoying lovely views, peace and quiet.
