Great stay at Lee’s place, it’s very well located to explore south wales. You have a pub at walkable distance in the village if you don’t want to drive at the end of a busy day exploring.

Overall a very good stay, went up to Swansea for a wedding so wasn't in the property much. Lee was very responsive, we discovered a broken toilet seat which he fixed whilst we were out at the wedding. The addition of the hot tub was great and we did use it. Think it needs to be clearer in the add that there is a little extra to pay for the use of it (£10/15). In Lee's defence he did waive this small charge as we also discovered that the previous tenants had not washed up properly and left dirty pots/pans and crockery in the cupboards. We had to wash everything before cooking our meal. We highlighted this to Lee and he was super apologetic and admitted that there'd been a very quick turn around on our stay. He did say that he'll be sure to check that going forward. Would definitely stay here again although a bit more attention to detail would warrant the price per night in my opinion.

Really enjoy our weekend stay. The house was exactly as described. The location was peaceful with a lovely wooded hillside view from the patio and the sound of running water from the river below. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Theres a log burner so take some logs. We travelled in towards the afan valley to the bike trail centre, around 18 minutes away, a good starting point for loads of bike and hiking trails. as well as bike hire, cafe, fishing lakes and other stuff.. A two minute walk from the house was the colliers arms pub that was very nice for a meal out and a pint. Could have happily stayed for the rest of the week...Beautiful area. Look forward to staying again next time we're back that way. Thanks james

We absolutely loved our stay at Lee’s place! The house was in a lovely location, peaceful & in a great location not far from various places of interest & things to do. The house was very tidy and the log burner was a fab touch for the colder evenings! Also the hot tub really made it for me! We had a couple of issues working the heating & connecting to WiFi, both of which Lee which super helpful in getting sorted and even got a friend to pop by to help with the heating. Would highly recommend!!
