A private room for rent in a quiet neighbourhood for the working professional or for someone simply visiting. Fully equipped with solar panels and battery to keep the loadshedding away, wifi, DSTV, aircon and a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and coffee/tea essentials. The house is fenced off and protected with an alarm and trellis gates for full safety. A dedicated workspace makes this an easy fit for the travelling professional. Outdoor parking is available on the property. The bedroom is spacious with a large en-suite bathroom. There is a small kitchenette built-in a cupboard which makes it convenient to close up when not in use. The TV is on a swivel arm to make watching from bed an ease. There are plug points next to the bed as well as next to the desk to charge all devices.
One of THE ultimate airbnb's! We felt so welcome in this beautiful apartment with loads of spoils awaiting us. We just loved every moment of our stay in this special place. Inge is a fabulous 5☆+ host and offers guests only the best! After our 5 day stay we know we will most definitely be returning in the future.

A beautiful and peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood with amazing views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Very well equipped with lots of little extras to make for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was exactly as described and everything felt new, fresh and clean. I loved the little outside seating area especially to soak in the break of day. Inga was very responsive, welcoming and generous host. The location worked well for me and I would be happy to book another stay when I am back in town.
Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, it has two quick accesses to Spar (at Sonstraal Ipic shopping Center), Woolworths or Checkers (at Cobble Walk). Both of these centres also have a variety of coffee shops and other small shops as well.
A hop skip away from Durbanville town Center, and 15mins from Tyger Valley Shopping Center or 10mins from Cape Gate Shopping Center. There is also quick access to Cape Gate and Durbanville Medi-Clinics if need be.
Distance to Blouberg beach: 27km/ 35minutes
Distance to Stellenbosch: 28km/ 35minutes
Distance to V&A Waterfront: 25km/ 30minutes
Parking is available on the property, it is a safe street with many cars that park in driveways overnight.
