Our spacious recently renovated studio room is a home away from home situated on a private acre within 3km of the amazing Mooloolaba/Alexandra Headland beaches. The large open plan 50 sq metre room is under our family home with a private entrance and has use of our fabulous tropical resort pool area. Our large 50 sqm studio apartment has been recently renovated with a new kitchenette, full size integrated fridge/freezer, 58 inch 4K UHD Smart TV and freshly painted. The large east facing window is bathed in sunlight in the morning and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee on the day bed. The area can be configured according to your requirements with the flexibility of up to 3 beds. We have a high quality king bed and a comfortable day bed which can be converted into 2 single inner spring beds. We have a 3 seater table plus a coffee table that can be used for meals. The kitchenette consists of a full size fridge/freezer, sink and plenty of storage space. We provide cutlery and tableware for up to 3 guests. (The cutlery drawer is a slimline drawer inside the plate drawer as per photo). Included is a microwave, toaster, kettle, Nutri bullet and espresso coffee machine (with coffee beans provided) and tea bags/milk. There is no oven/hot plate. Beside the pool is a 4 burner BBQ with a wok burner and 4 seat outdoor table to enjoy your meals beside the pool. The bathroom is a seperate room with shower/toilet/vanity. There is a hairdryer in the second drawer and extra toilet rolls in the bottom drawer. There is an iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack also. We are also happy to lend other items that may be of use during your stay like esky’s/boogey boards, camping chairs! Just ask and we can see if we have what you need.
