独特亮点：步行5分钟左右就能到达海边。步行10分钟左右就能到达火车站和 公交车站出行非常方便。 卫生：建议更换卧室的地毯和吸尘器内的吸尘袋并清洗吸尘器。 特别想感谢Sean 的是：特意为我们准备了小礼物。咖啡机让我每日都能喝上咖啡这个对我非常重要。还有电饭锅解决了我做中餐的问题。不管是长期住，还是短期住非常方便，就像在自己的家里一样。 如果下次还来，还会住这里

Rachel’s place was perfect for us as it was only a 10 min walk to the station and a 30 min walk to our son’s house. The icing on the cake was the paddle board and the bikes which meant we could have a bike ride with the grandkids and paddle boarding with them. The apartment was lovely and warm and well set up. The sofa bed and pull out bed meant our grandkids could sleepover a couple of times. I would thoroughly recommend Rachel and Sean’s apartment and hope ti use it again next Easter

Location, location, location. Is the first thing that comes to my mind about this beautiful place. Easy access to a beautiful beach perfect for those morning or late evening walks. Close to cafes, restaurants. Plenty of parking right next to the building. Rachel was kind enough to leave me a fob for underground parking (which I never had to use). Comfortable bed, But I would not recommend this place for a family with two young kids. There is a sofa bed which was not comfortable enough for my young fellas. I would recommend this place for couples only.

We had a great stay Rachel and Sean’s at Aspendale. The beach is a hidden gem. The apartment was spotless and the hosts made it all easy.

Thank-you, Rachel and Sean, for your hospitality. For 37 days, we called unit 8 our home away from home. We had the pleasure of meeting you in person and you are such a delightful couple. You were prompt to respond to our queries and attentive to our needs. Your apartment is so well situated, bright and luminous, well appointed, only 180 steps away from the beautiful beach, so close to the Mordialloc pier, the restaurants and the railway station, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to have peace and quiet. At sunset if we did not go down to the beach, we could see the sun set over the water from our balcony. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment. We definitely want to return to your apartment. Thank-you!
