Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property is centrally located with ample options to stay active and entertained and make memories. Imagine over 2 acres with a private 7ft natural waterfall and unencumbered scenic views AND YET still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just 20 minutes to Downtown Dallas, brilliant opportunity to get to live in the city with a country riverside house feel. Traditional brick home in private established Bent Creek community. Property contains breathtaking water views, surrounded by Bentle Branch creek and teeming with wildlife from otters to hummingbirds. The majority owned lake is great for fishing and recently stocked. The living room is full of light and double height vaulted ceiling with a gas wood burning fireplace, it has water views and connects to an outdoor deck and pergola. The home offers three spacious bedrooms & a spiral staircase that leads to loft. The sizable main bedroom has large floor to ceiling windows. This property is an outdoor lover's dream. Minutes from Cedar Hill State Park and Joe Pool Lake!

The place was nice. The outside area was spacious and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. For how many people we had staying the hot water didnt last for showers. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. The surrounding stores and shopping was convienant.

A peaceful retreat! The creek house is spacious and easily accommodated my family. The outdoor space was beautiful, definitely an added bonus. Shopping and eating are very close by. Easy access to the state park as well. We would stay again.

Great place for big size group that was there for a church event. All the accomodations were as advertised. Access to the pond and huge backyard were great. Clean house with comfortable beds. Has a media room with big size TV, but could not figure out the sound bar. Quick responses from host. Definitely worth the say and plan to repeat next year.

We planned a weekend getaway for my grandson’s 2nd birthday to the Zoo and Supercross at AT&T Stadium. Neither were too far from the house. Shopping and food were under 5 minutes away. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. So very serene inside and out. The grounds with the creek and waterfall were so relaxing. My grandson loved to lay in the hammock with me and watch the planes flighting by. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen is well stocked with all the items need to create a great meal. The beds were so comfortable, perfect with the top quality linens. I was originally worried that having only one tv would be a problem, but they all preferred to be outside. The only issue we encountered was no water upon arrival, but the prompt response from Tushitha had it resolved ASAP. We definitely want to return to this property. Thank you, Tushitha, for being a fantastic host.
