Mary was always responsive - both before and during our stay. I would say she could use a different cleaner. Floors were dusty, we found some items on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom that clearly should have been picked up. The stovetop was greasy. BUT our biggest problem was with the pool/hot tub. Honestly, this is what attracted us to the house. The pool and hot tub were not heated ahead of our visit, though we spoke about this through emails. We could not use the hot tub that never got hot and when you turn the jets on there is no nozzle on the jets, so they bubble up like Yellowstone's geysers instead of power streams of water below the surface. My husband forced himself to jump in the pool after very hot afternoons at the stadium. This was MOST DISAPPOINTING. Otherwise, it was a good location for what we wanted with lots of stores around for anything we needed at the last minute.

Newer construction in the South of Port St Lucie. The house is kept very clean and tidy. The real highlight is the pool and hot tub. Taking a swim in the cooler pool and then relaxing in the hot tub with the jets going is delightful. Mary is also incredibly friendly and helpful if you need assistance with anything in the house. A very nice house my whole family enjoyed.
