Spotlessly clean and well equipped house. Bit of a walk to the centre of Salcombe but very doable! The house was also really warm!

Lovely weekend stay. Responsive host who always answered my questions in a timely and friendly manner. Lovely dining space with a table big enough to fit everyone on - quite a good entertaining space for playing cards etc. Had washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets which was super helpful! Ended up needing to use the washing machine and tumble dryer as we got caught in the high tide coming back from a restaurant so our clothes were soaked so really useful we were able to have those available to us! Pressure of water isn’t powerful but still doable for a shower/wash. We walked into salcombe which was lovely and a walkable distance! No issues whatsoever - definitely recommend

We booked a last minute trip with our three year old and this house was perfect for what we needed. Being heavily pregnant meant we couldn’t walk into Salcombe (too far and steep) but parking was not an issue. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the gesture of local bread, milk, eggs etc waiting for us on arrival so thank you for that! Would definitely recommend here and stay again, the only thing I could say for constructive criticism would be a bigger bed (it was very comfortable though) and more powerful shower?

The house is beautiful just like how it’s presented on the photo. We all felt at home. This was my first time to use Airbnb, honestly i will be booking again. I strongly recommend this place. Trust me the house is spotless
