we had a great stay. the apartment was super nice and we loved the erea, right by the lake, lots of restaurants and coffeeshops. the kitchen wasn't so equipped, but the staff helped us out when we asked for things. highly recommend :) would love to stay again if we're back in Hanoi.

The best host! My fridge broke and they replaced it the same day! Wonderful service, flexible check in, great location, and always helpful! The gym above the coffee shop was a great bonus!

Phuong was a great host! We got picked up in the airport, and was driven straight to our Airbnb. Everything was clean and comfy, the air con worked perfectly and there was a little cute balcony as well. We really enjoyed our time staying at the loft, and it was so easy to get a grab and go anywhere around the city. It is also located right next to a wonderful coffee place, so we got fresh coffee every morning. We would definitely stay here again. It is my pleasure to recommend Phuong as host.
