Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will be surrounded by a variety of well positioned trees on a picturesque country lot, yet you will have a substantial view in both directions. The open night sky will delight you with its brilliance (no city lights). Front and back screened porches. This home is strategically located 1.2 miles from Lake Winnebago, 3.6 miles from EAA Seaplane Base, and 8.5 miles from EAA grounds. Fine dining is just 5.1 miles with lakeside dining even closer.

Great place to stay! We were there for OshKosh fly-in and we could hear and see the airplanes ! But not too close if your not into that

The nearest house is at least 300 feet away and separated by 40 feet of trees. You will have privacy. The four or five neighbors within a country block are just the right amount of friendly. They will be there if you need them. The 6-acre lot is 222 feet wide and 1289 long. You could enjoy a long walk without leaving the property.

You can walk, bike, or drive on the County Road in front. About 300 cars per day is fairly light traffic.
The garage and a long driveway will provide all the parking you will need.
