I stayed solo at Josh’s place recently because I needed a spot that was close to the UC Davis Med Center. The apartment is lovely and has lots of charm. Josh is super kind and I look forward to returning to this spot next month since it’s also very reasonable.

This place was super cute and very easy to find. It was nice and quiet and super close to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, shopping, laundromat, automotive. Pretty much everything. And there are local parks everywhere. Josh was extremely responsive anytime we needed anything at all. My sister and I stayed for a total of five nights. And if at any point, we needed anything at all, Josh responded right away, or even offered to bring it over for us. Everything was really clean and put together and easy to find. This is a great place and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Also, the area felt extremely safe. That’s a big thing for me considering I usually do a lot of walking around by myself. If I were to stay in the area again, I would definitely stay here. 💜

Josh's place was perfect for a weekend getaway for two of us! It's located in Midtown, so very close to plenty of shops and places to eat. The cute speakeasy was a great addition, and I'm grateful for the mini fridge/freezer. There's also A/C and a fan, which was perfect for this warm weekend. He was also responsive to messages and did a mid-stay check in.

Hosts was amazing! Super friendly and answered any questions or concerns quickly. Location is in a nice and peaceful area.
