Our gorgeous 4-bedroom vacation home comfortably accommodates your party of 8. This a single-level house with no stairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a King bed, TV, and a lovely pool view. There is a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a TV. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. Come and take a dip in your PRIVATE pool right outside your back door! Our home was tastefully furnished to provide you all the modern amenities you expect in a luxury vacation rental. - Your own PRIVATE POOL to relax after a sunny day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available upon request and has to be confirmed a week prior to arrival to have it ready for you at your check-in. The cost of pool heating is $35 + tax per day, for your entire stay. We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, the water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature. - Game room with pool table and foosball (table soccer). - Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining utensils for 8. - Coffee drip machine, Toaster, and other small appliances. - Smart TVs with Live TV service in the living room, game room, and queen and king bedrooms. - 2 separate living areas. - Complimentary high-speed WiFi internet - High-capacity washer and dryer. The cost for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively. A modern open-floor concept kitchen is connected to the living room and dining area, overseeing your private pool. The living area has a Smart TV, where your whole party can enjoy family time. Next to the dining area, the master bedroom presents one king bed and an en suite bathroom overlooking the pool deck. The two kid's bedrooms are themed with Mickey Mouse decor and have two single beds each. There is another queen bedroom with a private bathroom. The game room has a pool table, foosball (soccer table), and a TV. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.
