Main bedroom with queen bed, renovated bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner - adjacent to door will cool the unit. Undercover area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully fenced grassed yard adjacent to undercover area. Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels. PLEASE NOTE –  dish washing liquid and laundry powder is provided. DOGS FRIENDLY PLEASE NOTE: There is a $100 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. You will need to Contact the Host directly to pay this, if you make no contact from the guest, then Staff will phone you for payment.
