The main drawback is the wrong location. In fact, this room is very close to the airport and very far from the location indicated on Airbnb. The close distance to the airport can be a significant advantage for someone. However, if you are a digital nomad, I cannot recommend this location. You will spend at least 25-30 minutes to get to the city center by tuk-tuk if the road is free (and at least 40-50 minutes in the morning and evening during traffic jams). Also, if you are a light sleeper, please note that there is a large working-at-night factory directly opposite the building. But the host is very friendly and helpful. The room itself is very comfortable, with lots of storage space, good internet, and is convenient for work. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, so you can cook or heat something.

If it's your first time in Cambodia this place is far from the riverside,at first you may think that is going to be hard but once you get familiar with tuk tuk, you will see that is a good place, because it is quiet and you have God services and the people are eager to help you with everything. The kitchen is a shared one but I didn't see it as a problem. You can do laundry very easily and comfortable and this place is lovely.

Extremely helpful, they told me everything i need, bring me exchange money and buy sim card，give me free city tour, we become good friends, private gate with 24 hours security stand by outside my me feel safe. Walk outside buy everything as needed.

A very responsive team that quickly resolves all issues that have arisen. The property is located in a quiet guarded complex. It is very convenient for those who come for the first time because it is located near the airport. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by tuk tuk, which is very convenient. The room has a separate shower room. the room is clean, large and comfortable, fully corresponds to the photo. There is also a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking. When I next return to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay here again.
