This is my house. It is by the beach, and there's a farm and a mangrove river at the back. I have staff that will keep the house tidy and can cook for you. There are kayaks and SUPs. Bear in mind that this is not a resort. There are no lifeguards, and you are responsible for your own safety in the water, both in the pool and in the sea. I allow smoking in the main house, but not inside the bedrooms. I also have a strict NO VISITORS POLICY. And my room and office are off limits. I have two guest bedrooms. Each room has a king-sized bed and an extra bed. Re the extra beds, the room facing the sea has a small rattan daybed that can fit an average-sized adult. And the room facing the garden has an antique full-sized bed that used to belong to my grandparents. (They lived in a small house and maybe my grandmother was always pregnant because the bed was too small for her and my grandfather.) So maximum of three in each guest bedroom, please, for your comfort.
