Chad was a great host. The house is unique and stunning for its age. They’ve definitely put in the work to keep it so nice! Chad was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful time.

Loved our stay at The "Sign" House! Easy to find and close to everything! The house was super clean. When we first walked in there was a nice welcome tray with waters, coffee, & treats which was a nice touch to make you feel welcome. There's a nice variety of pots & pans, silverware, utensils, cups, & mugs. There's plenty of space to sleep and a cozy living room couch to rest. It's on a main road so I recommend backing into the driveway to get out easier. My family of 5 felt right at home in this cute house! The owner is very nice and offered both to let us check in earlier and check out later. If we make our way back to Grand Haven, we'd stay here again!

This house is beautiful and clean. The AC is powerful, an unexpected highlight to the stay! It’s walking distance to some helpful spots (dollar general, Starbucks, a few good restaurants, Walgreens) and an easy drive or bike ride to the state/city beaches on Lake Michigan and the downtown. You could walk if you really wanted to. Chad was very responsive! Walking to the Paisley Pig made dinner easy after a long day!

This was the perfect location for anything going on in Grand Haven. We could easily get to town, restaurants, boat rental, and everything we needed. I would stay here again.
