Located on the premises is the Vincom Shopping Mall, offering an array of renowned restaurants, a cinema, and a professional gym center (California Fitness and Yoga), among other amenities. Spanning approximately 75m2, this spacious apartment exudes an airy yet cozy ambiance, complemented by a generous balcony that provides unobstructed views of the Hanoi-Amsterdam High School. The apartment features two sizable bedrooms, both equipped with ample wardrobes and comfortable beds, with the master bedroom boasting a king-sized bed measuring 180 by 200 mm and the other bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed measuring 160 by 200 mm. The master bedroom is also equipped with a dedicated workspace and a flat-screen Sony TV. Additionally, this room boasts an adjoining spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The living room, complete with the expansive balcony, offers a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen OLED TV with access to YouTube and Netflix.
