Carmen has kept the house neat with decors but there was dust all over the place. House is old with popcorn and low ceilings with very less sunlight. To switch on heater and AC the owner had to come to the house, we were not able to control the temperature easily. Beds make creaking noise. There were enough towels, toilet supplies and kitchen appliances which was good, but ants in the bathroom. Overall I felt the house is priced higher for quality.

Place was great nice mobile home for what it was. Nice furniture and decorations. Just the fact that when my friend was trying to take a shower the knob fell off and water kept running and running and wasn’t able to put it back on due to the water pressure. Other than that everything else was great. Also a little confused about pulling up to the gate and not being able to find a gate code box to get in

Locking up with the safe lock was difficult. Entering was easy. Lovely place. Close to areas
