This was my first time booking an Airbnb and Jordan made it easy and was always friendly. When you're on vacation and you're trying to figure things out for the first time that's especially appreciated. The house looked exactly like the pictures and it was spotless. Beach parking is usually a hassle so having a private garage to use was a big plus. Overall it left me with a very positive impression - can't wait to try it again!

Not only was Jordan a terrific host he is a beautiful person. Very kind, Understanding, considerate and I can tell just by our phone conversations he is a very passionate person. He went above and beyond to make me and my guests feel welcomed and valued. He was very responsive and attentive. Not at all did I feel like he did not attends to my needs. His home was very nice and the surrounding area was beautiful. Great location for relaxation. This place is perfect if you want to visit Los Angeles area because it kinda sits near a lot of cities easy traveling time. I would definitely stay here again or at any of his other locations if he has any lol. 😆 just him being who he is has made this trip very enjoyable. I’m am grateful. Thanks Jordan you a superb host and gentleman.

As someone who travels to LA quite a bit, Jordan’s home has been the best place i’ve stayed at. Minutes walk from the beach. Lots of parking. Quiet area. No issues. Will be staying again

Loved this place. Literally 2 minutes to the beach. Clean and comfortable. We’re able to walk to several restaurants and east to drive to downtown, Santa Monica, etc. Jordan was very responsive and came to meet us at the house to make sure we got in ok. He gave us several recommendations of places to eat.
