The exterior boasts black Anderson windows and cedar accents on the porch and decks. Open the door to an open concept floor plan, a living room with a sofa sleeper for 2 (memory foam mattress), a fully loaded kitchen, a separate dining area and a stocked coffee bar with a Keurig. The living room has a comfortable vintage pull out couch with a thick memory foam full mattress. If desired, a floor memory mattress is available upon request. The bathroom is all customized and has a walk-in shower. It is stocked with the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, toilet paper, Kleenex, and extra self care items for anyone that may forget something. Plush towels and two bathrobes are provided. The moody master bedroom is cozy and romantic. Luxury linens and goose down pillows are overflowing on the queen bed. Dimming light fixtures and sconces with remote capabilities. There is a back deck with outdoor seating for lounging overlooking the large back yard. Yard games provided are sure to be a hit! A fire ring for staying cozy at night and to roast the perfect marshmallow for your s’more. A BBQ area on a concrete slab with a propane grill and grilling tools. 2, one person kayaks and 2 pontoons available for rent. We deliver the pontoons to the public landing one mile down the road. If you would like to venture to a different lake, just let us know. We are happy to accommodate our guests. It will be in the water and ready for you to jump in and go. The kayaks can be transported by us or you can haul them. They are located at the suites. Private off street parking for 2+. Private entry with a coded keypad.
