Lovely apartment view was incredible! Super clean Matched description Went to the Utilita arena and was a 10 min walk Only downside was that check in was confirmed at 3. Got sent check in instructions at 2:30 and when tried to get in at half 3 the key was missing from the outside lock and open with code on it. Obviously panicked as I thought someone else had got the key out. We then saw a cleaner coming downstairs and then, when checking the key compartment 10-20 minutes after, it was magically in there! So cleaner was obviously late and we didn’t manage to check in until around 4pm - the tumble dryer was also just turned on and running when we got into the apartment No apology or reason for this from cleaner or owner - but did cause stress as we had no idea what was going on. Apart from that cannot fault the place Not owners fault of what happened but might be useful to pass info onto cleaner Thanks for a nice stay :)

The booking process was easy and Nagila was very communicative. We needed somewhere within walking distance to the Birmingham Utilita and the accommodation was perfectly located for this. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We were greeted by a worn pair of knickers hanging on the bathroom door which I then had to dispose of, reported this to Nagila and although she said sorry she also said that it wasn’t her fault and it was the fault of the cleaner and didn’t comment further. We also found black hairs in both beds, the towels which were supposedly clean were filthy, stains on the bedroom carpet and the fire alarm ‘taped’ over. The knife block only had 1 knife in it and the holder was broken and the washing machine had someone else’s washing still in it. It was a shame as location wise it was perfect but I wouldn’t choose to stay again purely because of the cleanliness.

little confusion getting the code to get checked in but once we were in and sorted the place was perfect. would definitely stay again next time I'm in Birmingham
