Very clean, modern, comfortable home in quiet location. Watched a bald eagle from the back deck. Perfect place to stay when visiting family! We would and probably will stay here again when in the area.

Britton and his family were wonderful hosts and were very responsive to all of our needs. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. I like comfortable beds and linens and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent! If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place close to Nashville, this is it! Private access to the Harpeth river with a rock beach to hang out on, launch kayaks, fish , and just enjoy nature. The bluff across the river makes it as private as you can get. I recommend this place whether you’re here to explore the city or escape it, so close yet far enough away.

Perfect place for nature loving river rats. The hill in the back was a pleasant surprise. Not only beautiful but kept any road noise at bay. The house was perfectly laid out for my family of six. Huge dining room table for crafts and meals. Sometimes at the same time. Great kitchen for serious cooks. Another happy thing for me was the compost units for our vegetable scraps and coffee grinds. Plenty of parking and room for outdoor activities. We will be back!!

We had a great stay! 7 of us stayed for my friends bachelor party trip. Britton was flexible with our use of the space allowing us to take the Solo stove fire pit and a few chairs down to the beach. They even had fire wood under the pouch for us, which was much needed! Plenty of space for us all to sleep. Full kitchen for cooking meals. When we woke up on our last morning the yard was full of wild turkeys!
