Wonderful place in a great location! The apartment was spacious and comfortable for two adults sleeping in separate rooms. A warm welcome from Maria for our 5 night stay. Easy access to transportation and many restaurants. Highly recommended.

You won't know until you sleep here how quiet, dark, and enveloping the bedroom can be because the hustle of the street in front of the building will give you the opposite impression. The entire experience was warm, in part because of the wood flooring throughout the flat, but mostly because of the welcome Luis gave us. He was waiting for us upon our arrival, escorted us to the premises, and gave us a complete tour of the appliances, including the ultra-fast wifi. The listing is walkable to major points of interests in the heart of Madrid. For example, the church with the image of LA VIRGEN DE LA PALOMA that is host to an important festival in August is 6 minutes down the street. A 10-minute walk in the opposite direction is the PLAZA MAYOR where you can people-watch to your hearts' content from bistro tables that line the plaza. Of course, anywhere you turn, there will be restaurants spilling into the street on your way to EL RASTRO flea market, EL PRADO or REINA SOPHIA art museums.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un chouette quartier populaire et très animé. On a adoré !! Une station de métro est au pied de l'immeuble, mais on peut aussi accéder à pied facilement aux principaux sites à visiter. Cerise sur le gâteau : l'appartement est situé côté cour, ce qui permet de se reposer au calme ... plutôt exceptionnel en plein centre de Madrid ! Excellente adresse.

Très bel appartement, plus grand que sur les photos. Très propre. Accueil sympathique par Maria. Très bien situé pour explorer Madrid, proche de tout dans l’hyper-centre. Metro a 10 mètres. Vraiment je recommande. Tout était parfait.

Maria nos espero el primer día, nos acompaño y nos dijo sitios estupendos para tapear. La ubicación es perfecta, todo el centro a un paso y el apartamento genial. Como ya le dije a ella , repetiremos.
