Welcome to ELM Hill House Extended Stay Apartments! Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, 1 of our 7 smoke-free, pet-free and fully furnished apartments will make you feel right at home. Hill House was built in 1904. The building has been extensively renovated and upgraded to hotel-ready standards. It is centrally located in the friendly and historical South Hill neighborhood, a few minutes of drive to downtown, and a few blocks to Manito Park and 2 major hospitals in the Spokane area. This studio is located on the first floor, stylish, has an open and flowing concept, and it is an ideal space for a solo traveler or a couple. It has a queen sized bed.

Beautiful loft in a great area -- near Manito and Hospitals -- Ideal for healthcare business travel. Close (walking distance) to Huckleberry"s Organic Market. Quick drive up the hill to 29th with other upscale stores and amenities. Elm is great host - I forgot to sign out of my TV Apps at discharge, and Elm went back and did it for me. 🙌
One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Elm was very kind during my stay and helpful with me extending my stay. The place was beautiful, clean, and absolutely homey!

Centrally located near downtown in the friendly residential neighborhood of South Hill , just a few blocks from the area's 2 largest hospitals, Sacred Heart and Deaconess and 3 blocks from the famous Manito Park and Duncan Gardens. Numerous locals' favorite eateries (Bennedito's Piazza and Pub, RUT Vegan Bar and Kitchen as well as Rosauruers Grocery Supermarket are just across the street), artisan bakeries and coffee shops (Rocket Bakery and Coffee) as well as Huckleberry's Natural Food Market all are walking distance.
