My stay at Pendle View was lovely. Anne gave me a warm welcome and explained everything I needed to know clearly. It was always warm and cosy in the cabin, and the garden was calm and beautiful. It's situated perfectly from the town that's you have no noise from the roads near by but easy to access travel and the shops. Would definitely stay again :)

What a beautiful retreat, we were met by Anne on arrival she was a lovely lady who gave us a brief but thorough introduction to her beautiful wood cabin. The bed and shower were both 5 star and the garden area simply beautiful, I cannot recommend this retreat highly enough my only regret is we couldn’t stay longer…..but we’ll certainly be back. The gardener’s retreat is a magical place. Anne has thought of everything in the cabin. It’s beautifully furnished to a 5* quality the linen and towels are beautiful. Anne has a fantastic attention to detail and style. Home made jam, eggs from the family chickens and home baked cherry rock buns!!! The gardens are stunning!! Anne invited my daughter and I to meet her horses, chickens and sheep. Anne and Peter have created an oasis, we will defiantly return xx
