The apartment was pristine and exactly as pictured. It had all of the amenities you could possibly need. I would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers, as there is a bit of foot traffic past the door in the evenings. Overall, it was a great place to stay and Giorgio went above and beyond to get us checked in early and arrange our transportation from the airport.

Giorgio’s place was perfect for my daughter and me. The condo has a lock box so check-in was a breeze. The condo was beautiful and has been updated. Giorgio was very responsive when we did have a slight issue. We stayed in 3 Airbnb’s during our visit to Madrid and this was my favorite! I would definitely stay again.

Great location, and Giorgio was very responsive. One small minor comment: the place is a bit smaller than the photos make it appear. Aside from that, if you're in Madrid for a short stay, this place is perfect.

Everything was perfect! Giorgio was very flexibel with Pre- and Latecheckin and also he was always replying very fast. Looking forward to visit his cozy flat again:)

Giorgio was very friendly and communicative and left clear check in instructions. The apartment is very clean and well supplied. The location is also good, a 5 minute walk to the metro. The apartment is on the ground floor, which was helpful for us as we didn’t need to carry our child’s pram upstairs. The only feedback is that it isn’t clear from the description and photos that this is more of a studio than a 1 bedroom apartment. The bed is not in an enclosed room. This meant we had to sit in the dark once our child was in bed. But if this is not a problem for you, then the apartment is a great option.
