Enjoy Lake Life to the Fullest. There is a welcome guide when you arrive with FULL details, but here is an overview/summary: OUR HOME: -Waterfront!! Deep water - 16 feet off of front of dock. -Brand NEW Dock with outside bar, propane firepit, seating area, 70 inch TV, beautiful lighting, seating, beautiful views, fishing/swimming, kayaks, pedal boat, frig/freezer for ice, swim platform with seating, fishing equipment, bait frig, fish cleaning station with water, bathroom off of dock so you do not have to go back to house:)**You can tie your boat or Jet Ski off of our Dock (Bumpers all around dock to tie off)**Can use boat launch that is a 3 to 5 minute walk. Just let us know in advance if you would like to bring your boat or rent one from local marinas** We have 2 boats and jet ski which is NOT available for rental** -3 Bedrooms/3 Full Bathrooms + Lower Level has additional Sleeping areas+ Bunk Beds for another 2 guests. -Modern Design and de'cor. -Clean/Sanitized/Organized Home!! Fresh Linens, Towels, etc! We take a lot of pride in our home!! If there is anything that needs attention, please let us know! -Parking in driveway for about 6 cars. You can also park up to 10 cars in the grass area as well. Please do not block the dead end/cul-de-sac or any neighbors driveways -Welcome Guide with all that you need to know about the home, area, shopping, bait for fishing, local attractions, history of Jackson Lake, EASY Check-in/out. -VERY Safe area with amazing neighbors. -Fast WIFI - Small Office area if needed. Hopefully, you will be on the dock, but this space is here if you need it. **No Large Parties** Our neighbors live at the lake full time and we do not so please just be mindful of noise level after 10 pm. We want you to have fun and enjoy, just be mindful of your noise level outside. Thank you for understanding. INSIDE: -Total of 3 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms with Full Beds. Closets in each bedroom with lockers to lock your items if needed. Master has shower/soaking tub. -2 Guest Bedrooms will share bathroom in hallway which has Shower. Lower Level has another Full Bathroom with shower. Bathrooms have soap dispensers containing salon quality soap. -Lower Level area of home has sectional and more room for Air Mattresses. Divider to divide lower level area for sleeping. Lower Level has sectional couch, Bunkbeds for 2 guests (Bunk Bed room designed to look like a Aquarium), additional area as well for air mattresses. This area leads out onto screened in porch with lots of seating and great views of lake. -Washer & Dryer, Smart Thermostat with central Heat/Air, Smart TV's Board Games. -Wood burning Fireplace in Living Room - We do have wood, but fire starters are available at local store 5 minutes away. -Open Concept Living Room open to FULLY Stocked Kitchen with just about every appliance that you will probably need (air fryer, pressure cooker, waffle maker, egg steamer, toaster, microwave and SO much more). -Towels, washcloths, towels, makeup removers. -Starter kit of Trash Bags for all cans, Toilet Paper/Towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, dishwashing soap. -Large Black Stainless Frig with Freezer, convection oven, modern electric stove, utensils (fully stocked kitchen w/ seasonings, plates, bowls, prep bowls, pots/pans, griddle, corning casserole dishes). -Coffee Bar Station with coffee (caffeinated/decaf), creamer, sugar. Tea, mugs and more. **If it is out, you can use it. -All Light switches, tv remotes are labeled for ease of use. -Extra linens and air mattresses available. First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safe, Tool Kit, Welcome Basket:) and More.... THE LAKE/DOCK + OUTSIDE AMENITIES: -Brand NEW Covered Dock with multiple seating areas, propane firepit, bar overlooking water, refrigerator, freezer for ice, coffee maker, kayaks, pedal boat, rafts, floats, fishing equipment, 70 inch TV, beautiful dock lights, beautiful views, and so much more. -Bathroom off of dock area. -There are multiple steps that lead to multiple decks, landing and viewing areas. This home was set up to be able to spread out in multiple areas where you can entertain family/friends along with multiple private areas to be more private. **We have 2 boats and Jet ski that are in our slips and not available for use, however, if you would like to bring a boat/jetski or rent one, you can launch at the boat launch (5 minute walk next to beach) and tie off at our dock. We have rubber bumps all around our dock so that the boat is not damaged. --Multiple decks and viewing areas as you relax or head down to the dock to take in views of the lake plus multiple areas to entertain outside. -Gas, Charcoal and Blackstone grills are located off of large area looking out at lake -Bar area overlooking lake with built in bluetooth speaker, barstools, picnic table, refrigerator, serving carts and so much more for outside entertainment. -Multiple decks, screened in porch with seating and area to take a nap. -Fish cleaning area with water by dock, fishing poles and basic tackle available. Frig' for Bait. Life Jackets and Beach/Lake Towels available at dock. -Modern outdoor dock and outside lighting. -Multiple types of firepits and outdoor heaters **Please let us know if you will be needing propane** There will be a charge, but we can have a tank or 2 available. -Walk to Beach 5 minutes away. This is a private community. You can't drive to the beach and don't need to because you are so close. You have to have a parking permit so please don't drive or you will be towed. NOTE*******We do have a outside friendly cat****** Her name is "Boots". She will not bother you and when we are not at the house, the wonderful neighbors in this cove feed her. She is a great cat and again, will not bother you, just please don't let her into the house :)*****Thank you!!
