Really nice place! While we were unable to see the volcanoes as easily as we would have liked (fog/weather), the view was still breathtaking and exactly as described. The apartment is nicely done and has everything you would need. Easy to cook quick meals, and enjoy beverages and bites on the terrace. The tuk tuk driver was kind, timely, and took good care of us for the few days we visited. We did have some communication issues with the two concierges. It seemed like they almost worked independently, and didn't really know what the other was communicating to the guest. I kind of wanted to put them in a chat group to get things sorted quicker. All in all, we would certainly return.

Beautiful view of the lake. Deck with chairs and hammock were extremely relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location! Loved the view and daily massage on the balcony. Abner was super responsive and helpful. He made my stay very easy and enjoyable!

One of the most incredible airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Aside from a minor hitch with check in, everything was as advertised. Do consider that because this is just outside of town you will be using the concierge tuk tuk service quite a bit (comes out to 6 USD one way) not including tip. Juan the driver is amazing though. But just something I would keep in mind as you book your accommodations - be sure to factor in the extra time and money for this service. Would definitely stay again.

This place was great! Everything was as the listing mentioned. Abner was communicative and was available when needed during our stay. He scheduled us a massage and dinner the day we arrived and the timing was a bit different than intended, but everything worked out well and it was one of our best massages we've ever recieved! Our only qualm was the tuk-tuk recommended over charged us a few times so we couldn't recommend using him in the future. We caught tuk-tuk rides from passerbys and that worked out better. Note: you should NOT be paying more than 15Q per person even at night to get into Pana. I will also mention that this house is on the hill up and away a bit from Santander - definitely walkable, but a little bit of a trek. We appreciated the bug spray and citronella candles being available during our stay - it did seem to help deter the 6 & 8 legged guests. We would stay here again after checking to be sure visibility was clear! Thank you David!
