In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places. The house has two floors, with two short flights of stairs, which also allows for two separate sleeping spaces. Three bedrooms (1 double, 1 single and 1 with one bunk bed), 1 kitchen equipped with everything you need and 1 bathroom. The first floor is the freshest and has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a single bed. The second floor has the kitchen, the bathroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds, sofa and television. The second floor is a little hotter in the summer and 2 Klerstein fan, with the cooler function, are available for this. The windows of the second floor have mosquito. Fast wifi is also available (download around 120-150Mb). On the ground floor, which represents the entrance to the house, there is a 6 kg washing machine with its detergent. The house has simple furnishings, a cross between the style of the old houses in the historic centre, an immoderate passion for Africa and the right modern tools. It is designed not to catch the eye but to offer a functional service for a pleasant holiday in a privileged position.
