Beautiful house very close to Stavanger Sentrum. Just a 5-minute walk to the train and bus station and very close to the airport bus stop. The local supermarket, pharmacy, main shops, restaurants, cinema, port, and Gamle Stavanger-a historic area of the city are only a 5-minute walk and Mosvatnet lake is a 15-minute walk. The property is newly renovated with parkette flooring in the kitchen and living room and heated bathroom floor. When you enter the house, you come into a hallway with heated floor and spacious for hanging of clothes and shoes. From the hallways you enter the living room, and this has an open plan living room/kitchen and the kitchen, very modern. The house give a great charm with the old beams in the ceiling but modern flooring and colours on the walls and paintings on the walls. There is a large wine cooler and fridge in the kitchen area. In the kitchen area there is a large table with extension so you can have easily 12 adults sitting around. We have a large 70-inch TV and stereo and we have super-fast fibre broadband, 500 Mbit download and upload speed. In the living room is also a spacious work desk and good supportive office desk chair. In the living room is a combined heat pump and air-condition so it is always nice and warm and if you get a very hot summer day you can have aircon blowing cool air. Upstairs there is also another combined heat pump/air-condition unit. Behind the kitchen is hallway out to the back garden plus access to a small toilet from this hallway. From the main entrance hallway you walk up the stairs and you arrive at the landing area where you can enter the master bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower with rainfall and handwash, sink and toilet. The bathroom floor has underfloor heating and the washing machine is in the bathroom. In the three bedrooms, all the mattresses are new, only 2 years old and the two guest rooms the mattresses have been used less than ten times. All mattresses are thick with an extra over mattress for extra comfort. The master bedrooms has a large King-size bed with cosy windows and good blinds. Bedroom number two has a solid sofa bed that can be made into a double bed. From bedroom two there is also access to the veranda and the bathroom. Bedroom number three is cosy and small with same sofa bed as bedroom number two that can be made into a double bed. You access bedroom number three from bedroom number two. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Please do not wear shoes inside the house as wooden parkette flooring throughout downstairs.
