Great place very spacious! Worked out perfectly for our group. Alex was great to communicate with. We will return for our next trip to Long Island.

We stayed for 2 nights with 8 adults, a toddler and an infant. The owner was gracious in allowing us to host a daytime family function with a total of 20 people, but he should have been up front about the following -The house is undergoing renovation and some of the exterior was in a state of disrepair, with garbage and building materials strewn about. The air hockey table, electric piano and largest screen TV did not work. The pool table is located outside within the screened porch. The rental listing shows that the house accommodates 12 guests, yet there is an additional fee of $80 per night for any adult guests over 7 (info buried at end of house rules). The owner locked one of the BRs based on the number of guests causing one couple to sleep in separate rooms. There are no king beds, 2 queens, and the rest are twins or singles. There were no house instructions. The house is large and spacious and served our family's needs, but I wish the owner was more transparent.

It was a beautiful clean house and a comfortable stay for my family to get ready for my daughter’s wedding. The house was close enough to to be on time for the 10 am wedding ceremony. We are grateful and want to thank Alexander for being so helpful
