The modern, large kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make yourself feel at home and enjoy your stay. The lower level offers another living area with an air-tight stove and an opening to the water (as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer) The outdoor area has a large deck with propane BBQ and patio furniture for your outdoor dining and relaxation. The large grassy front yard is flat for outdoor activities and easy water access via a sandy beach with 2 docks. There is a fire pit with Muskoka chairs for relaxing and having a true cottage experience. There are also outdoor games/toys (bocce ball, frisbee, kayaks). Don’t forget to bring your fishing rods, bait and license; Lake Mazinaw is known for its exceptional fishing. For indoor activities, there’s an assortment of board games, puzzles, books, DVD movies for all ages, Netflix and much more.
