The house looked very nice, clean and well maintained with modern furniture. I stayed for four days with my kids . However, the house was very cold at night with no heating system, but Hamza provided a small heater towards the final days. we didn't make use of the pool due to the cold weather and being outdoors. There was lots of noise from the lift occasionally. in addition, we struggle with the location when getting a taxi due to the area not being on the map exactly the nearest malls, shops are 15 minutes away with taxi. The view is quite empty and plain and doesn'texactly match the advertisement. Every morning, we woke up to the views of chickens, stray dogs, sheeps, and cows.

We have been to Tangier 3 times now and Hamza's place is the first one where Hamza (The owner) picked us up himself rather than having to take another form of transportation. He picked us up at the train station, took us to the supermarket so we could stock up on food and other amenities. He then brought us to his AirBnB and showed us in person all the things we needed to know for our stay. The place is very peaceful and quiet, the view is outstanding and breathtaking. All the ammenties, i.e. Wifi, TV were right on point. He even brought us a backup WiFi in case of any issues. I was able to work from there with no problem at all. The property is very clean and access to getting into City Center is not an issue as we were able to easily get an InDrive (UBER) from the residence. Above all his readiness to help us with any questions we had were answered very promptly. This is a great place for R&R if you are looking to stay up in the hills with the best scenic views of the Bay.
