Location was very close to Old Colorado City downtown area. Lots of shops and restaurants.

I did not feel comfortable leaving anything valuable in house when we were gone or car at night. Many homeless people were camped in alley. Trash was strewn everywhere. Needs more cookware. Needs some regular cups, not wine glasses or huge coffee mugs. It was the best looking house on the street. However it was not level, things would roll around off the coffee table. Soft spots in the floor, felt like you might fall through. The pictures were deceiving, the bedrooms looked bigger than they were. In one bedroom the bed was pushed against the wall. There were no “house” rules, checkout information. Received an email the night before for checkout instructions. The good: we were able to check in 2 hours early. Plenty of paper towels and tp. 0.2 miles from OCC, 5 miles to Garden of the Gods.

I had a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful mountain views.

Great location and perfect place for our quick trip to town. Especially loved the fenced in yard.

The place was great and Bjorn was a super responsive host! Beds were comfy and we were able to do a load of laundry on our roadtrip. We visited OCC before the season really started so we didn't get the bustling vibe from the town that we would have liked but that is no fault of the accommodations. The street that the house is on was super quiet, maybe too quiet, but walking distance to the cafes and shops. We loved the French bakery around the corner. We had a great time visiting Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods nearby!
