숙소 덕분인지 볼차노라는 도시는 아름다웠습니다. 숙소에서 할머니가 차려주시는 아침 식사는 완벽했습니다. 호스트와의 소통도 빨랐습니다.

The apartment was fantastic and perfect for my family. Cool decor, spacious, great location, very clean, quiet (despite being central) and easy to walk anywhere. The beds were large and comfy. The apartment came with a pass so we were able to ride the gondola, visit museums, etc, for free. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. One of our favorite places.

Stop reading, book this place. Bolzano is a magical place, and I wish we had stayed longer. This home is just that - a home that welcomes you and makes you feel taken care of. The breakfast was amazing, the location perfect, the beds were comfortable, and they even left Bolzano passes for us that saved us money on the tram. Truly fabulous.

We are pretty easygoing people and have never felt the need to leave a review of an accommodation but this was such a disappointment that I wanted to share our experience. We stopped in Bolzano for 3 nights on our 2 week honeymoon tour of Italy. We mentioned to the owner that we wanted complete privacy so we booked the entire apartment. Although the space is large and close to the city, it was the most uncomfortable part of our vacation. The entire apartment stinks of cigarettes; all of the rooms, sheets, and towels smell bad despite being a nonsmoking apartment. The hot water runs out halfway through a shower every single time, and the towels are so stiff that you can’t unfold them and feel like sandpaper against your skin. The breakfast mentioned in other reviews is very nice in terms of table setting; the actual meal is not impressive, as the “freshly baked bread” is a bag of dinner rolls from the supermarket. We were constantly interrupted even after declining the cleaning service. Sometimes they would let themselves in unannounced (no knocking, and the deadbolt was locked) as we were relaxing or getting dressed. The last night included a serviceman for the front door lock and we were not notified until after he started working inside the apartment. It seems like that was something that could’ve waited one night until we checked out. While it appeared the owner wanted to be accommodating, some of the “house rules” made it feel more like a museum rather than a vacation rental. Overall, we were not pleased with the comfort or privacy of this unit for the price. The smell itself was constantly nauseating and unacceptable for a nonsmoking unit. After comparing to other hotels in the city, we feel this is an overpriced booking.
