Beautiful spot. Great architecture and tiling in room. Great room, everything worked and was as pictures showed. Would definitely stay again!

Carlos’ place is nice. It sits on a lovely compound. The inside is nice, too. Has all of your basics and wonderful AC. But even without the AC the fans do a good job. The floors are, unfortunately, dirty. Made it difficult to walk barefoot. The tiles in the bathroom are uneven, which requires a full body push to close the bathroom door. Everything else is nice and it’s worth the money.

We had a great time staying here. Excellent accommodation and pool was a great plus. Close to everything in the city, especially restaurants. Highly recommended 👌

spacious room clean room with high ceilings, large bed, cold air con and good wifi connection. the pool was accessible and the building felt safe at night. close enough to the main square but just far enough away from it all. Carlos was kind and helpful with any questions and organised a taxi pick up from the airport for us and provided drinking water in the apartment . As others have said needed a few home touches, tea towels, bath floor mat, knife in the kitchen that is sharper than a spoon, dish drainer, salt, pepper and oil (coffee was provided). also as of November 2023 there is some construction going on downstairs during the day.
