The RV had frozen pipes in the bathroom. I communicated with Angel through email but no one responded for 2 days. By then the propane for the heater had run out and the temperature inside was below freezing on my 3rd night. The maintenance team finally showed up as I was loading to leave. However, they were working on the unit next door, which also had frozen pipes. They seemed unaware that there were any problems with mine, even though Angel had called me the night before when I reported that the heat wasn't working. Angel said he'd been unable to reach anyone at the site.
We had a great stay! We made a last minute reservation and Angel and his staff were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated the hospitality and the comfy place to stay!

Hey, we are the Mendoza’s! My family migrated to the US when I was 3 years old and I have been living in Amarillo since! My wife was born and raised here in the good ole city of Amarillo. My wife and I met at the age of 4 at a small local church here and by the age of 12, I had already swooped her off her feet and by the age 24, I walked her down the isle to take her as my wife. We are now in our 30’s with 2 boys and with our hands full! We are fun and easy going people who are always down for an adventure. As long time residents of this rapid growing city, we can guide you to the best places to eat, all the great hole in the walls, and the what to dos! We know you’ll enjoy your stay here in west Texas!
