We got all of our children, their partners and all four of our grandchildren together- so 12 people in all, and there was plenty of room for all of us!!! The place was beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the Frozen room, the Avenger’s bunk beds etc, while the master bedroom was massive - plenty of room for a crib and a toddler’s bed. The neighborhood and the community recreation facilities were outstanding. Absolutely perfect for small children and their parents. And there was plenty of room for parking in front of the house. When there was a small problem with the pool heater the response was swift and effective All in all this was a tremendous holiday spot and Ricardo and Maria were excellent co-hosts. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Our two families of 12 had a great stay at this place. Brilliant idea to turn garage space into an arcade room. Space was large and we never felt crowded by each other. A TV in basically every room of the residence. Exquisite touches of Disney noted all around. Everyone looks for the negatives, I won’t call these following few things those but just good to knows. Storey Lake is huge. This home has a smaller clubhouse with amenities nearby which we preferred, but the main clubhouse with the water slides is a few mile drive away. The homes pool looks bigger in pictures than reality, that’s on us not Ricardo. It costs extra for grill usage and pool warming, I don’t recall if that is in the listing description initially or not. Just wish it was included in the overall cost. The houses are close together and we had some unruly neighbors the last two nights, Ricardo was responsive to this. Just minor details to know. Splitting cost between two families this place was amazing! Thank you!

The inside of the house is beautiful, very large and has an amazing arcade in the garage. The themed rooms were amazing and my kids loved them. I didn’t look far enough through the pictures as the front page backyard picture looks much different than what the backyard actually looks like. However, had I gone further through the pictures, I would have seen other pictures that showed me what the pool looked like, and what the pool looked out on. Also, the house was pristine except for the showers. The shower floors were very slippery and made it difficult to shower. Otherwise, the house was great! Very close to parks and an easy system to get in and out of the community.

Had an amazing stay over the weekend evening in the description was provided and great communication overall with the host. Will definitely staying again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
