"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Kathy's place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodation. The attention to detail in every corner was remarkable, making us feel instantly at home. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly functional, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing in the cozy living area, every moment spent here was enjoyable. Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood while still being close to all the attractions. Overall, we highly recommend Kathy's place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Disappointed. Cleaning fee was pricey and place was not as clean or updated as portrayed in listing. Private messaged Kathy with photos depicting need for a deep cleaning that seems hasn’t occurred in quite a while. Disappointed that the patio was not clean so we could bbq out in the nice weather with family. We had issues with water being freezing one of the nights but since we were running laundry we thought that may have caused the problem. No worries. We let it go. The last night we were there the water was also freezing. We had a late night so everyone showered after 9pm. Being our last night there and the timing of it, I thought it best and polite to inform her there was an issue at a more decent time. Per her reply, she he’d rather you notify her when things occur to try and fix any problems. Bathrooms need updating. Positives: clean and comfortable beds, large space for big groups, and Kathy let us have an early check in at 2pm. Also quick response to questions.
