The lake view is unbeatable-its pristine, expansive, enveloped in greens and blues with crystal clear water. On top of that, the lake house is the most well-appointed dwelling I've experienced (in our later years we've been coast to coast, and this was still jaw-dropping). I reached out to the Hostess immediately to express our appreciation- it was that good. The Hostess was readily available to assist in any needs that might occur going forward. The kids enjoyed "catch and release," smores by the campfire, playing chess by the fireplace and watching loons, wood ducks, chipmunks, and more. Everything is supplied: from the kitchen utensils, barbeque pit, TVs, kayaks and poles. We wholeheartedly recommend Bridgton Cozy Cabin Highland Lake. Thanks again, Patricia and Marshall

We had a group consisting of three couples, including six adults, and five children., All of which fit in very nicely The home is located on a beautiful lake, including a dock kayaks and paddle boards. The home itself was very nice, log cabin design, but not at all rustic. Actually quite upscale. And obviously had been recently remodeled beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very functional. The children enjoyed the lake and spent many hours in it. Likewise, the adults enjoyed the ambience and the setting and the opportunity to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The occasion for the get together was an 80th birthday and it went very well. On check in the house was clean, well appointed with many nice touches. All in all, we would certainly return if an occasion repeated itself.

Beautiful recently renovated property with thoughtful finishings and attention to detail. Perfect spot for two families to enjoy. Authentic modern Maine cabin! We’ll be back

We had such a wonderful week at Carla's place. From her fabulous decorating taste, to thinking of every little detail with her amenity cabinet - the beautiful lake, as well as the kayaks and paddle boards, were a sure hit for the kids. Our families were able to unwind, relax, and unplug. Thank you Carla for sharing your home with us!

This is an amazing home on an amazing lake. We have vacationed in Maine for 15 years and stay on a new Lake each year. This is near the top of the list. The water was great, the home was wonderful and the communication with Carla was fantastic. I always refrain from posting glowing reviews (I don't want anyone to take them the following year!), but this house was a 10/10. We had 2 families and rented a boat to explore the lake. Many fish were caught and great times were had!
