This is a private room. It locates in a quiet residential neigborhood in southwest region (ville emard) of Montreal island, close to shopping mall, grocery stores, park (has BBQ racks in the summer) and Metro/Subway Station.This place is perfect for visitors, business travelers and new arrivals. We are looking forward to offer service during your trip. This room can accommodate 2 people. Guests can cook if want to. However, kitchen and toilet are shared. We provide essentials (shampoo, bed linens and towels(one per guest ) ). The AC is in the shared kithchen, not inside the room. Free street parking is available. It follows first-come-first-serve rule. Please ask us for more parking regulations if you come here by car. ATTENTION: We are not responsible for any parking ticket. The kitchen and toilet are shared with other guests.

Great place next to the metro and overall very peaceful; the host was always available and this made the stay easier. I recommend
It’s a great value location is amazing if you don’t have a car Metro close by grocery store 24 hour convenience store Iconic Diallo burger 5 min away and if drive great highway access for Downtown really a tremendous and a good hard working host unfortunately people are shity and messy i witnessed the host cleaning before I left on my second day so I know the place was clean when I left upon return the new guests had not removed there shoes at the door dirtied the floor clogged the toilet and made noise past quiet hours mind you my first night this was not an issue I did have to listen to couple argue about dishes anyway great place people suck in short

With in about 20 minutes walking distance or take bus No. 160 at Bus terminus for one stop to:
Carrfefour Angrignon (a big shopping mall/commercial center with cinema and food courts inside)
Grocery stores ( Provigo, Walmart and Maxi)
Medication store (Pharmaprix)
Buffet Restaurants ( Vichy and Fu Lam)
Angrignon Park is also close to our property with around 10 minutes distance. It is a good place for physical exercises, picnic, outdoor party and BBQ with family and/or friends (there are built in bbq racks in the park ).
If you come to our property with a car, free street parking is available.
If you come to our property without a car, Metro(Subway) station and bus stations are available.

Angrignon Bus Terminus Station
