The place was spacious. We were 3 and I think 5 people can fit it even if younalso open your big luggage altogether. That’s how spacious the place. The only problem we had was ooening the lock box, because it was hard to pull down and we thought we entered a wrong code. Have messaged Lisa during check in time and was not able to respond hastily unlike the other days. But all is well, we were able to get in when she asks someone to go to us and demo how it should open. You need to use both of your hands to pull it. Finger on left hand should hold the code lock then finger on right hand use to pull the actual box. Location is just in front of Wien HBf. We enjoyed our stay despite the check in. We’ll book here again if ever I come back to Wien.

Right opposite Vienna main station 🚉. Good public transport connectivity. Supermarket and quick bite options are available inside the station so it's very convenient. When we arrived, internet was not working, but Lisa helped in getting it fixed in less than 2 hours. House is big and very clean. Suitable for family and kids. Area is safe. Good park near by. Tourist places are little away but can be reached easily using public transport in less than 20 min.

Lisa's place is very nice and cosy, it was perfect for us even traveling with a 2.5 year old. It had everything we needed, big rooms and windows overlooking the train station so it made early mornings with the child easy because we would stare at trains. The apartment is easy to check in and out, has everything you need so you can travel light. The building is quiet and the windows isolate noise very well so we slept without problems. The big bonus is the blackout blinds which helped a lot with sleeping. In the area there are a lot of shops and restaurants which are cheaper than in the city center. We made our grocery and souvenir shopping in the train station and took advantage of the many transport options to get around the city and to attractions. We were never more than 30-40 min away from somewhere (including walking time which was about a quarter or a half of the total time). We definitely recommend Lisa's place, it's a good value for money.

The accommodation is spacious, modern, and well-preserved. It is close to everything.
