可爱的5卧室房源，位于南伊斯特姆（ South Eastham ）宁静的死胡同上。步行前往赫林池（ Herring Pond ），几分钟即可抵达Boat Meadow或First Encounter海滩，靠近自行车道，前往国家海岸公园（ National Seashore Park ）非常方便。后院景观优美，设有户外厨房、火坑休息区和门廊。非常适合大家庭或多个家庭入住。一楼有一间宽敞且最近翻新的前后客厅，配有50英寸智能电视、餐厅和设备齐全的厨房，全部彼此开放。客厅外有半个卫生间和带屏风的门廊，配有柳条家具和2个吊床秋千。还有一间带独立浴缸和按摩浴缸的主卧室。主卧室和餐厅的门通往大型私人露台，设有聚木桌，可容纳10人，设有Webber烧烤架和户外淋浴。私人后院设有美丽的火坑休息区和室外厨房，配有柴火披萨烤箱！楼上有四间卧室、三张标准双人床和两张单人床，楼上卫生间是新装修的。楼上休息区配备65英寸智能电视。有一个较小的阳台，可以欣赏日落我们有很多沙滩椅供房客使用。这里还有酒板、脱脂板和蛤蜊设备。我们还提供Bocce球、梯子高尔夫球和玉米洞板。

We had a wonderful stay at Jessea and Pete’s home! With 5 bedrooms and multiple seating areas inside and out, it is such a well-equipped home for a large family or group. We appreciated all the large platters that facilitate feeding a crowd. The backyard is MAGNIFICENT - so peaceful and professionally done. We enjoyed the pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor eating areas. We would 100% recommend their home to others!

Our family really enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving! Jessea was extremely helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. Excellent location and great attention to detail inside and out. The outdoor kitchen, patio, water feature and fire pit were a huge hit. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

I grew up on the Seacoast of NH but now live in the Hudson valley of NY with my husband Pete, our dog Blake and our cat Summit. I’ve been a flight attendant for 16 years and Pete owns a landscaping business. We spend our free time in Killington VT, Cape Cod, Rye NH, Key West and Ogunquit ME! We love being outdoors, spending time with friends and family and have always enjoyed hosting. We look forward to talking more with you about your stay!
