Nunthaka’s place is perfect for a family with children! We felt like home and got space for kids to gather around. All the amenities you need is there, clean and well maintenance. Definitely love this place for our 3 night stay.

A modern, new house! In contrast to the previous reviews, there is now an A/C unit in the living room area, so I'm perfectly comfortable anywhere in the house. I had a little trouble entering in the unit (the gate needed a little bit of finessing in order to open), but Nunthaka was responsive and actually come to the apartment within 10 minutes to help me into the property. I liked the little touches such as the coffee pods in the kitchen. Good value considering you get two bedrooms in a modern house. And the stairs leading up to rooftop was a nice addition to the whole experience.

We had a great stay, the house is clean, cozy and perfect for family. The Host is very helpful and responsive. Very recommended and if we are to be back to Pattani we would want to stay here again
